critical PROOFING, PRODUCTION, SHIPPING + BILLING INFO:
PROOFING: Proof changes submitted via the proof form above are processed in 48-72 business hours.
We apologize but due to the volume of orders we receive, changes sent by email/phone will not be processed.
PRODUCTION: Orders go into production every Monday and typically ship 7-10 business days later.
SIGN-OFF DUE: To be included in Monday's run, sign off is due by 5PM EST the previous Wednesday.
ADDRESS LIST DUE: Your Guest Address List (if applicable) is also due Wednesday at 5PM EST.
KNOW YOUR DEADLINES: If you do not sign off and have your lists in by the dates shown above, we
regret that we cannot assume responsibility for delays in your mailing date due to the late arrival of your order.

SHIPPING: We ship via UPS ground which can take up to 6 business days depending on your zip code.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: We will be happy to give you an estimate of expedited shipping fees upon request.
Please note that because paper is extremely heavy, overnight and next day air fees can easily be $300 or more.
We strongly suggest making sure to have sign off and lists in by the dates above to avoid needing to expedite shipping.

BILLING: We require a minimum 50% deposit to begin work. Balances are charged when first proofs are sent.
AVOID REORDERS: Reorder minimum is 75 pieces so we do recommend ordering at least 10-15 extra to be safe.
