Welcome to your Sarah Schwartz  Proofs!
Please be sure to review these and all proofs very carefully for accuracy of wording, counts and papers. What you see here is exactly what will print, so please bring any necessary changes or missing elements to our attention right away using the Proof Change/Approval Form. Changes can be extremely expensive once your order goes into production and can even require a total reprint at full price. Additionally, please note that colors can vary widely depending on your screen, so please be sure to refer to your ink card + swatch book for accurate colors. Thank you for your careful attention.

ALL PROOF CHANGES + APPROVALS MUST BE SUBMITTED USING THE FORM BELOW. 
PLEASE ALLOW 48-72 HOURS FOR REVISIONS TO BE POSTED...THANK YOU!

IMPORTANT PROOFING, PRODUCTION, SHIPPING + BILLING INFO:

PROOFING: Proof changes submitted via the proof form above are processed in 48-72 business hours.
We apologize but due to the volume of orders we receive, changes sent by email/phone will not be processed.
PRODUCTION: Orders go into production every Monday and typically ship 7-10 business days later.
SIGN-OFF DUE: To be included in Monday's run, sign off is due by 5PM EST the previous Wednesday.
ADDRESS LIST DUE: Your Guest Address List (if applicable) is also due Wednesday at 5PM EST.
GUEST ADDRESS TEMPLATE: Addresses must be in our excel template. Click here to download.
PLACE CARD TEMPLATE: Names must also be in our excel template. Click here to download.
Please note that because of the obvious risk of error we cannot edit your lists. What you type is what will print.
RUSH SERVICE: In some cases, Rush Service may be available for a fee. Please contact us for details.
BILLING: We require a minimum 50% deposit to begin work. Balances are charged when first proofs are sent.
AVOID REORDERS: Reorder minimum is 75 pieces so we do recommend ordering at least 10-15 extra to be safe.
