It includes actual swatches of all our stunning invitation + pocket papers as well as a sample of a complete invitation suite, so you’ll rest easy right from the start knowing you’ll receive only the best in design, craftsmanship and materials.
2. GATHER YOUR INFORMATION. There are innumerable details to be communicated in any Invitation Suite. To help ensure you have yours ready, please be sure to Print Our Preorder Checklist. It’s an invaluable tool for collecting all those key details.

4. ADD YOUR INFO. Our online ordering system allows you to add all your text and even addresses right from the order form.
AFTER YOU ORDER
Our designers will handle all aspects of typesetting and layout for you, and you’ll receive a free proof within 72 hours to ensure your complete delight. Once you have approved your proof, your Mitzvah Invitation Suite order will ship out within 10-15 days (often even less.) And of course, ground shipping is always on us.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our proofs allow you to review every printed component of your suite, and will reflect all wording as well as any custom color changes you have requested. And if you need to modify your proof for any reason, the first round of changes is always free. While most orders do not require any changes to the initial proof and are ready to move to production within a few days from the time an order is placed, we do suggest allowing yourself up to 2 weeks for proofing just in case you need repeated rounds of changes. Please be very sure to review your proofs extremely carefully. Once you’ve signed off, your order will go directly to production and post-production changes are potentially very costly and may even require a reprint of your entire order.
Once your order is in production, it will ship within a maximum of 3-4 weeks. Most orders do ship far more quickly but we suggest allowing 4 weeks at the outside just to ensure we don’t miss any of your critical deadlines. By default all orders ship free via UPS ground, and you will receive an email with all tracking information the moment your order has shipped. Should you wish to upgrade your shipping to 2-day or next day air simply give us a call to make arrangements.
Planning a Mitzvah is complicated enough without having to struggle through a complex pricing grid, so we’ve worked hard to make our pricing structure the simplest and simplest to access in the industry. When you’re ready to order, we accept visa/mc/amex/discover, and accept orders both online and over the phone. Please be aware that complete payment is due at the time of order, and any cancellations before final proof approval will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Orders in production cannot be cancelled, and sadly, we cannot accept returns on customized product.

We’ve pre-selected a small collection of stunning paper options to make sure your Invitation Suite reflects your taste perfectly. Select our Signature Smooth 120# stock for a clean, elegant look or upgrade to our extra Luxe 100% Pure Cotton stock in a whopping 130# weight for the ultimate textured letterpress feel, or, for a bit of sparkle, select our 111# Shimmer Paper. What's more, all three stocks are available in either bright or off-white. If there are any aspects of your Invitation Suite that you would like in Hebrew – the name of the Bar or Bat Mitzvah, his or her Torah portion, even a favorite quote - just let us know. Although we don’t have a clever way for you to input Hebrew characters online, you are more than welcome to include a transliteration in the notes section of your order or email or fax us the particulars. A very basic transliteration chart is attached for your convenience. (Please note that we do request that you send us the exact spellings of any Hebrew text you would like to ensure there are no errors.)
